Postdoctoral Fellows

Postdoctoral researchers are a lifeblood of the TMLS initiative. We have developed a unique model for recruiting and mentoring postdocs: researchers are often recruited to TMLS, and not individual labs, and then choose their primary mentor (or mentors) and research projects after exploring multiple options available through the initiative.
